Three Pillars of Dynamic Behavior Design

  • MINDSET.

Mindset is defined as the established set of attitudes held by someone. It influences how you think, feel, and behave in any situations. Training our mindset helps us more effectively overcome limiting beliefs and fears, AND it helps tremendously to gain a better sense of purpose and direction— boosting motivation so we feel better about the changes we are making.

  • ACTION.

Bottom line: You are going to get the results from the behaviors you perform. It doesn’t matter how small the action/behavior is, if it’s in alignment with your new growth, one will build a success momentum towards the results they are looking for. Inaction breeds doubt and fear, while ACTION breeds confidence and courage.

  • ENVIRONMENT.

Why is it when addicts, once cleaned up and rehabilitated in rehab, start using again once they return home? Environment. Your environment is who you spend time with, the space you live and work in, what you read, watch, and listen to. All these things influence your mindset and what actions you perform. We are redesigning your environment so our new actions are easier to do, and all of our influences are in support of our new growth.
